I love food and drink. I have worked most of my life in the food and beverage world in some capacity - from short-order cook in a college bar, to bus boy, to host, server, valet, bartender, dj, manager, general manager, trained international managers... everything but own...I've worked from "mom & pop" joints to national/international restaurant companies, hotel-resorts, fast food to upscale dining - I've seen it all and now want to share those thoughts with others who love food, drink, entertaining, going out to be entertained - just the enjoyment of the taste, sight, smell, texture - everything about food and drink and being with the people who are involved (more to come).
I am a sports & music fan too - especially soccer, football, hockey, rugby, (all sports really) and concerts and music from the late 60'2 to the early 90's and then on occasion I find some other new songs / artists to add to my collection.
